All I Ask – A Chocolate Parody

Adele and chocolate rank highly in my list of favourite things.  So seeing as it’s Easter I thought I would combine the two.  Here is my version of the heart-achingly beautiful, “All I Ask” for everyone that has overindulged on the chocolate eggs.

All I Ask

I’ve been stood on the scales again
It wasn’t good
The number’s way to high, you know
It’s time that we part ways my friend
And I am scared of what is coming next
No more chocolate in my life

Look, don’t get me wrong
I know we’ve tried this all before
All I ask is

If this is my last taste of you
Linger in my mouth, let’s just pretend
You’re not adding to my waistline.
Take you by the wrapper while I savour every bite
It matters how this ends
Cause I’m never going to eat you again

I will love you from afar
I can’t even dip my spoon
into the Nutella jar
No one soothes me like you do
And I can’t use the PMT excuse
I’m really going to miss you

Let me have the will power this time
I don’t wanna share you with no one
And I ain’t asking for no fun size
All I ask is
